Trouble with a capital "T"

Yes, we've got trouble! Not in River City, but in the good ole U.S.A.

Read this article from Michael Walsh. He explains it better than I can and sadly I believe he's right.

The origin of COVID: Did people or nature open Pandora’s box at Wuhan? - Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists

Here is a very interesting article about coronavirus. The article is rather long AND it's a bit scary!

The origin of COVID: Did people or nature open Pandora’s box at Wuhan? - Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists: If the case that SARS2 originated in a lab is so substantial, why isn’t this more widely known? As is now obvious, there are many people who have reason not to talk about it.

Petition by students at University of Northwestern - St. Paul

This is a very interesting story for many reasons. Here is the background for the story and here is the petition which I believe is very well written. While the petition is aimed at a particular college, it applies to the way all Christians should live their lives while passing through this fallen world.

Historians say 536 was worst year ever to be alive...

Here's an interesting article about the year 536

From the first paragraph - "April 12 -- You wake up to a dark, dreary, glum-feeling, Monday-type of morning. For the 547th consecutive day. Just 18 months prior, you were a hard-working farmer gearing up for another bountiful crop season. But then the skies went dark. From early 536 to 537, they stayed dark."

Republicans choose Trump over Reagan as ‘best president’ ever 2-1 --- Washington Examiner 2/17/21

I find this article to be quite interesting in a couple of different ways. First, because of this statement from the article, "By 2-to-1, in fact, Republicans have chosen Trump over Reagan as the best president ever, a huge flip in just three years."  And secondly, this statement, "The YouGov survey also showed that while Trump remains popular in Republican ranks, he is also despised by Democrats. At the same time, he is embraced by Republicans as the greatest, the survey also showed that he is considered one of the nation’s worst, a statistic driven by Democrats."

Are we a divided nation? This article/survey answers without a doubt - yes!!

Glacier National Park Montana, Summer of 1976

Interesting commentary written by a college student...

 The End of America?

This article is about Biden's open borders policy. Here is the first paragraph...

"In his first couple of days in office, Joe Biden has already taken action to further an open borders agenda that will wreak havoc on the nation for years to come. In a slew of executive orders and memorandums, the 46th president ordered a hundred day freeze on all deportations, demanded the construction of the southern border wall be halted, and instructed that all illegal immigrants are to be counted in the census survey for purposes of congressional apportionment."
